The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a hands-on leader who supports the General Manager in executing daily store operations and maintaining team performance. This role is critical to ensuring consistency across shifts, reinforcing team accountability, and driving the execution of core standards to deliver a reliable guest experience.
When the General Manager is not in the store, the AGM serves as the acting leader. In this capacity, you will direct the team, ensure operational standards are met, and maintain adherence to all procedures. You will work alongside the team to guide, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently across retail, fuel, and kitchen operations, ensuring a "Wicked Awesome Customer Service" (WACS) experience for every guest.
This position requires performing a range of physical tasks in a retail work environment. You will be active throughout the day, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. The role involves exposure to varying temperatures and general store atmospheric conditions, requiring adaptability to both hot and cold environments.
