As a Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Your work will continually build and increase the business through great customer experience and quality craftsmanship.
In this role, you will interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, connecting with them in a meaningful way. You will be approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers. You will also step in to handle customer service issues and develop your knowledge across product, store operations, sales, and leadership.
Additionally, you will be responsible for effectively training learners, communicating information and techniques so they are retained, and ensuring a high level of craftsmanship in every service performed.
