About the Role

As a Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of specific store inventory. You will continually build and increase the business through great customer experience and quality work. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship and the ability to interact with customers to ensure a positive experience.

Successful Repair Technicians at Guitar Center are characterized by a strong customer focus, initiative, and a passion for selling and training. You will understand customer service principles and be able to connect with customers in a meaningful way. You will be approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, and committed to helping customers. Additionally, you will identify opportunities and issues, follow through on work activities, and learn quickly to take positive action without being requested to do so.
