About the Role

As a Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Your work will continually build and increase the business through great customer experience and quality craftsmanship. You will interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while servicing instruments with a high level of skill, completing warranty repair work, and maintaining store-owned gear as requested.

Success in this role is defined by a deep customer focus, the ability to connect with customers in a meaningful way, and a genuine passion for helping them. You will be expected to identify opportunities, learn quickly, and take positive action without being requested to do so. Additionally, you will work through the GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques, and effectively train learners to retain knowledge and techniques.
