As a Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Your work will continually build and increase the business through great customer experience and quality craftsmanship. You will interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while servicing instruments with a high level of skill.
Successful Repair Technicians at Guitar Center are characterized by a strong customer focus, the ability to connect with customers in a meaningful way, and a genuine passion for helping others. You will be expected to take initiative to identify opportunities and resolve issues, learn quickly, and develop knowledge in product, store operations, and sales. Additionally, you will work through the GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques, and effectively train learners on information and techniques.
