About the Role
We are seeking an onsite Estimator to join our growing company in Hanceville, AL. This role serves North Alabama and the surrounding areas, focusing on overseeing multiple estimating projects and building take-offs. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, passionate team member ready to own this position.
You will be responsible for developing construction take-off packages for customers, ranging from rough-order-of-magnitude levels to detailed working cost estimates and designs. Your work will guide selections and present results in a format suitable for use by both the client and the sales team. This position requires someone with excellent people and communication skills who can think outside the box for creative problem-solving.
Our team is dedicated to approaching each project individually, ensuring the best experience for our customers with transparency, excellence, and integrity at the core. You will work in a mid-sized but growing company environment, taking on a leadership role while managing documentation, cost/profit analysis, and job schedules to meet bid date requirements.
