About the Role
KEITH is seeking an experienced Building Inspector to support a large-scale aviation project at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). In this capacity, you will serve as the owner's on-site representative, acting as the critical liaison between the contractor, design team, and owner for all inspection-related activities.
Your primary mission is to ensure construction work is performed in strict accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable codes. You will observe and inspect all phases of construction—from site work and structural systems to MEP installations and finishes—while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring progress, identifying potential risks, and resolving field issues in real-time to keep the project on track.

Requirements
- verified8+ years of experience in construction inspection, building inspection, or related field services
