Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop site-specific Quality Control Programs for small to mid-sized projects
- check_circleOversee superintendent inspections and perform ongoing installation inspections
- check_circleTrack deficiencies and rework items to final resolution with corrective actions
- check_circleCoordinate QC support for startup and commissioning documentation with MEP Services
- check_circleExecute four phases of control including planning, preparatory, initial, and inspections
- check_circleDevelop final punch lists and oversee the project closeout process
- check_circleInspect incoming materials for submittal compliance and proper storage
- check_circleSchedule and monitor third-party inspections and collect required documentation
Requirements
- verifiedActive Army Corps of Engineers- Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification or inactive certification to be refreshed within 3 months of hire
- verifiedOSHA-30 certification or within 3 months of hire
- verifiedProficiency with Procore and/or Cx Alloy
- verifiedAdequate knowledge in CSA and MEP disciplines
- verifiedAdequate knowledge of building codes, NFPA-70E, and NEC
- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
