About the Role
The Building Engineer serves as a vital support to designated leadership, managing the daily operations of all building systems. This role is designed for a versatile professional who bridges the gap between technical maintenance and customer service. You will handle hard surface maintenance, basic carpentry, and metal work while operating, maintaining, and repairing complex facility equipment, including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customer requests, responsible for submitting and closing work orders, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on technical issues, work scope recommendations, and failure investigations. The role requires flexibility, as you may be assigned to a variety of engineering departments based on current operational needs.
