About the Role

This individual contributor role is designed to ensure critical infrastructure remains supportable, reliable, and ready for sustained operations. You will work cross-functionally with Site Operations, Design Engineering, Construction, Building Automation, Commissioning, and Reliability peers to bridge the gap between technical execution and operational partnership.

In this position, you will focus on the analysis and technical execution required to maintain building automation and OT systems. Your day-to-day will involve supporting configuration, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of BMS, EPMS, PLCs, and SCADA/HMI environments. You will assist with diagnostics, software updates, and alarm checks while monitoring OT security controls and following established procedures for access and cybersecurity compliance. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement efforts regarding documentation, alarm quality, and controls reliability, ensuring that engineering, construction, and site operations teams have the support they need for automation project tasks and field coordination.
