About the Role

As a Senior Building Automation Engineer, you will serve as a senior technical expert for the operational technology (OT) systems supporting OCI's mission-critical data center facilities. This role is designed for a senior individual contributor who acts as a technical peer to Facilities Operations, Reliability Engineering, and site leadership. While this is not a people management position, you will provide essential technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and guide critical decisions regarding automation architecture, alarm philosophy, and controls reliability.

You will operate onsite in Saline Township, MI, within a 24/7 mission-critical environment. Your day will involve leading complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for BMS, EPMS, PLC, SCADA, and OT network systems. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve controls reliability, OT resilience, and data visibility, ensuring the continuous health of facility automation infrastructure.
