This is an individual contributor position focused on analysis, technical execution, and operational partnership. You will work cross-functionally with Site Operations, Design Engineering, Construction, Building Automation, Commissioning, and Reliability peers to ensure critical infrastructure is supportable, reliable, and ready for sustained operations.
In this role, you will assist with the configuration, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of building automation and OT systems. Your day-to-day will involve supporting diagnostics, software updates, alarm checks, and device health reviews for controls infrastructure. You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts regarding documentation, alarm quality, and controls reliability while supporting engineering and construction teams with automation project tasks and field coordination.

Coursework, labs, internships, or training related to Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Ignition, or Niagara; introductory exposure to PLCs, DCS, SCADA, BMS, EPMS, field I/O, instrumentation, or controls graphics; foundational understanding of Ethernet/IP, switches, VLANs, redundancy concepts, or common industrial protocols; exposure to scripting or automation-related tools such as Python or JavaScript; awareness of OT cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC 62443 or NIST 800-82; OEM, platform, or industry training related to controls, networking, or BMS/SCADA systems.
