Following the retirement of a senior partner in adult reconstruction and total joint orthopaedic surgery, a lucrative partnership opportunity has opened. This role offers a unique chance to step into an established, busy practice with an estimated 500+ joint cases per year from day one. The position is designed for a physician seeking a 100% total joint and adult reconstruction focus, with no trauma responsibilities.
You will join a team of experienced surgeons with over 20 years of experience who are eager to provide mentorship. The practice is supported by two dedicated Physician Assistants per physician who handle first call, ensuring a sustainable workflow. The facility is a physician-designed and owned surgical hospital in Kansas—one of only approximately 250 in the US—offering a true partnership track with ownership potential.

Located just outside Kansas City and Wichita, Kansas, this community is known for its Midwestern friendliness and excellent private and public schools. The area boasts an unbeatable cost of living and a vibrant local culture featuring locally owned restaurants, shopping, a free zoo, and a Space Camp for children.
