The Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA in Ohio), you will work with community management to provide personalized care to seniors. Your day will involve companionship, non-medical hands-on care such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and assistance with transfers, as well as housekeeping, laundry, and pet care. You will also assist with transportation to doctor's appointments and medication reminders. Beyond clinical duties, you will check in with residents, assist with dining, and provide resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
