We are seeking a Broker Manager to drive success in our Nashville, TN territory. In this role, you will be the bridge between FrankCrum and the broader broker community, impacting our business daily by promoting sales growth and client retention. You will recruit and manage broker relationships on a regional level, transforming cold calls into lasting partnerships with brokers, agents, accounting firms, and CPAs.
Your day will involve developing and presenting client-specific solutions, educating brokers on our product line, and training them on how to effectively market our services. You will also manage the External Sales Department's budgets and ensure we meet monthly goals through strategic networking, trade shows, and consistent outreach campaigns. This position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely while managing a specific territory, allowing you to shape the growth of our business in the field.
