The Role
We are looking to add qualified leaders to effectively embrace, contribute to, and support our field offices. In this role, you will help recruit, select, train, and develop financial professionals to grow the office's revenues and productivity results on a year-by-year basis. You will actively select and recruit new and experienced financial professionals to the company, while training and developing both existing and future professionals on our selling process and product portfolio. You will also monitor and measure performance to increase productivity, retention, and overall success.

Requirements
- verifiedProven track record as 2nd Line Manager or Personal Producer
- verifiedExperience recruiting sales professionals via warm markets, cold sources, social media, job boards, events, referrals, and vendors
- verifiedExperience with sales training and employee development
- verifiedFully licensed Series 7 and 24 (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- verifiedRelevant college degree
