About the Role

We are seeking a Broker Manager to join our team in Arizona. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy, focusing on promoting ongoing sales and client retention by recruiting and managing broker relationships on a regional level. You will act as a bridge between FrankCrum and external partners, driving business development through strategic networking and relationship building.

In this position, you will spend your days prospecting for new broker relationships, developing proposals, and educating partners on our product line. You will be responsible for training brokers on how to market and sell our solutions, managing the External Sales Department's budgets, and executing marketing campaigns. Success in this role requires a blend of sales acumen and a genuine commitment to our family culture, ensuring that every interaction reflects our dedication to high-value customer service.
