We are looking for a dynamic Branch Support Analyst - Licensing & Controls to join our team. In this role, you will function as a vital information resource and quality control point for our assigned branches. You will be responsible for maintaining field force Contract, Licensing, and Registration records, ensuring that all new hire processing, individual licensing, and registration needs are accurately managed under general supervision.
Your day-to-day will involve reviewing and processing initial FINRA Form U4s, Department of Insurance License/Appointment applications, appointment renewals, and contracting updates. You will also update and maintain candidate records using both external and internal systems. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining flexibility with team collaboration through an on-site presence of 2-3 days per week.
