Civista Bank is seeking a Branch Operations Specialist to serve as a vital support pillar within our Finance, Accounting & Administration team. This role is designed to ensure the seamless execution of daily branch activities, acting as the bridge between operational execution and regulatory integrity.
In this position, you will be the go-to resource for branch staff, assisting with operational inquiries and resolving complex customer issues. Your work will directly impact the customer experience by ensuring accurate transaction processing, maintaining rigorous compliance with banking regulations, and overseeing cash control and audit procedures. You will partner closely with branch leadership to optimize workflows, monitor risk, and promote Civista's customer-focused, community-centric culture across all branch operations.
