About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager for Retail Operations, you will be a vital partner to the Store Manager in overseeing daily branch activities within a high-volume financial services environment. This role exists to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional customer service for personal loans, retail financing, and insurance products while maintaining strict adherence to compliance and operational standards.
In this position, you will not only support sales goals and performance metrics but also serve as a coach and mentor for front-line staff. Your day-to-day involves guiding associates on customer service excellence and sales techniques, managing cash operations, and resolving escalated customer issues. You will play a key role in building brand awareness through local marketing and community initiatives, ensuring the branch remains a professional and welcoming space for all customers.
