About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a vital partner to the Store Manager in overseeing daily branch operations within a high-volume retail financial services environment. This role exists to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional customer service for personal loans, retail financing, and insurance products while maintaining strict adherence to compliance and operational standards.
In this position, you will not only support sales goals and cash management but also serve as a coach and mentor for front-line staff. Your day will involve leading associates on customer service techniques, handling complex customer issues, and driving community engagement initiatives to build brand awareness. You will play a key role in maintaining a professional, customer-ready environment and modeling CCFI's team-oriented culture.

Requirements
