About the Role

You are a hands-on leader who puts patients and families at the center of every decision. In this role, you will oversee all clinical services to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery while supporting clinicians in care planning and problem-solving. Your mission is to ensure every patient experience reflects our commitment to compassion and excellence.

You will build and develop high-performing teams by coaching and mentoring Clinical Care Managers, PSCs, and field clinicians. You will create a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous growth, leading the hiring and onboarding of a strong clinical team. Additionally, you will drive accountability and operational excellence by providing clear direction to ensure consistent, compliant care delivery and maintaining strong clinical standards.

Beyond daily operations, you will shape growth and community impact by partnering with local teams and referral sources to expand access to care. You will represent VitalCaring in the community as a trusted healthcare leader, playing a key role in growing your branch while maintaining quality at the core.
