Branch Coordinator II

About the Role

The Branch Coordinator II is an experienced role designed to oversee branch operations with a high degree of independence within the security industry. This position exists to ensure optimal branch performance and client satisfaction by managing complex operational challenges with minimal supervision. As a coordinator, you will serve as the primary face of Minuteman Security & Life Safety to our customers, embodying our core values of excellence, continuous learning, and teamwork.

In this role, you will navigate a variety of projects daily, turning challenges into opportunities while maintaining a positive and creative attitude. You will work closely with sales, management, and operations teams to deliver the best service possible, requiring a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to complex situations.
