About the Role
As a Branch Banker, you will be the face of our bank, dedicated to building long-term customer relationships and ensuring superior quality service in every transaction. Your mission is to increase bank assets by developing quality consumer loans and deposit accounts while matching financial needs to achieve customer goals.
You will drive growth by cross-selling bank products and services through telephone contacts and personal visits. Success in this role requires operating with an innovative edge and showing leadership by example. You will support the bank's strategic goals, vision, mission, core values, service standards, and service philosophy in your actions, words, and deeds.
