As a Boiler/Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the boilers and refrigeration systems that keep our operations running. You will identify and correct mechanical wear in air compressors and boilers, perform all required system checks, and work to identify the root cause of failures to improve preventive maintenance strategies. Success in this role requires a positive attitude, a team-player mindset, and a commitment to complying with safety guidelines, wearing designated Personal Protective Equipment, and meeting OSHA safety requirements.
This position operates on a night shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Weekend work is required as needed to support operational demands.
