About the Role
The Body Shop Supervisor at our Nashville, TN location is responsible for managing and motivating staff while maintaining a high-performing body shop operation. This role exists to ensure the efficient completion of complex repair tasks, including cab and sheet metal repair, composite bonding, fiberglass work, and box replacement, while overseeing diagnostic procedures and repairs for suspension, electrical, and braking systems.
In this position, you will coordinate daily work duties, delegate shop responsibilities, and hold the team accountable for quality and safety. You will serve as a key communication bridge between internal teams and external customers, ensuring superior service delivery. The role requires a blend of hands-on technical proficiency and strong leadership to guide the team through the demands of truck and trailer repair and refinish operations.
