Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct monitoring, assessment, and intervention for behavioral supports
- check_circleConduct functional assessments annually and as needed for clients
- check_circleOversee RBT program and provide ongoing training and competency evaluations
- check_circlePresent BSP changes to DDDS for approval and attend required meetings
- check_circleEnsure client health and safety and report suspected abuse or neglect
- check_circleDevelop and modify Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) to meet DDDS standards
- check_circleMaintain systems for collecting objective client data and program-specific information
- check_circleCollaborate with PCP teams and attend client psychiatric appointments
