This position is exclusively open to certified BCBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. We offer BCBAs the opportunity to lead with integrity and deliver high-quality care in an environment that values ethical practice and genuine autonomy.
You will call the clinical shots, designing treatment plans based on client needs rather than cookie-cutter templates. We prioritize meaningful supervision and family guidance over excessive direct service hours, ensuring you can use the full range of your expertise and tools. You will collaborate through compassion-focused clinical committees and access a wealth of resources to deliver your best work.
Our clinicians and researchers are advancing the field, presenting 50+ times at national and international conferences in 2024 alone and contributing 20+ publications in peer-reviewed journals. You will have the chance to learn from and collaborate with our esteemed Clinical Advisory Board, including experts in behavioral analysis, developmental behavioral pediatrics, and medical direction.
