At BlueSprig, we put clinicians first because great client outcomes start with skilled and empowered providers. Our mission is to change the world for children with autism by ensuring a level playing field for all. We are dedicated to maintaining our Great Place To Work® status, rewarding everyone fairly, and allowing employees to bring their whole and best selves to work every day.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to being an inclusive and equitable workplace. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability, national origin, veteran status, or any other basis covered by appropriate law. All employment decisions are made on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need.
This role is designed for certified BCBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. It is a unique opportunity to lead with integrity in an environment that values ethical practice and genuine autonomy. Here, your clinical judgment is trusted, your voice is heard, and your expertise makes a real difference.
We never compromise on quality care. We fully comply with BACB, state, and payer guidelines, prioritizing meaningful supervision and family guidance over excessive direct service hours. You will call the clinical shots, designing treatment plans based on client needs rather than cookie-cutter templates, and using the full range of your expertise and tools.
You will collaborate through compassion-focused clinical committees and access a wealth of resources, tools, and goal banks. Our clinicians and researchers are advancing the field, presenting 50+ times at national and international conferences in 2024 alone and contributing 20+ publications in peer-reviewed journals. You will also have the chance to learn from and collaborate with our esteemed Clinical Advisory Board, including experts like Dr. Jane Howard and Dr. Candice Allen.
With our nationwide network, you will have opportunities to advance your career in clinical, operational, or research paths. The Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director pathways offer clear progression, while the Operations Pathway provides leadership opportunities. Additionally, you can participate in cutting-edge research through SprigLAB.
