About the Role

This role is designed for certified BCBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. It offers an environment where your clinical judgment is trusted, your voice is heard, and your expertise makes a real difference. You will lead with integrity, delivering high-quality care and designing treatment plans based on specific client needs rather than cookie-cutter templates.

You will collaborate through compassion-focused clinical committees and access a wealth of resources, tools, and goal banks. BlueSprig provides unparalleled support through our esteemed Clinical Advisory Board, including experts like Dr. Jane Howard and Dr. Candice Allen. Our clinicians and researchers are actively advancing the field, presenting 50+ times at national and international conferences in 2024 alone and contributing 20+ publications in peer-reviewed journals.
