The Operations Manager serves as the primary leader for all site operations at the US Embassy Caracas, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of services in a high-risk environment. This role provides strategic oversight across multiple functional areas, including operations, maintenance, safety, logistics, and administrative support. The incumbent acts as the key liaison with U.S. Government representatives and stakeholders, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while managing complex facilities and diverse teams.
