About the Role
Located in Lincoln, NE, our plant has been recognized as one of Nebraska's Safest Companies and maintains a long-standing presence in the local community. We are a clean, modern site that continues to innovate and grow while manufacturing high-quality medicines for dogs, cats, and livestock.
In this role, you will work as part of a team operating biological packaging lines. You will be responsible for operating packaging equipment and vision systems, performing setup and disassembly tasks, and maintaining accurate documentation of all activities. This position requires a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to follow strict safety and quality protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOperate PLC controlled packaging lines and vision systems
- check_circleMaintain accurate records including timecards, batch records, and logbooks
- check_circleSet up and disassemble production equipment as needed
- check_circleClean production equipment and facilities following housekeeping techniques
- check_circleOperate material handling devices such as electric and manual pallet jacks
- check_circleFollow all SOPs and cGMPs applicable to the manufacturing area
- check_circleApply proper safety techniques including lock-out/tag-out procedures
- check_circleIdentify out-of-spec material and stop the process for anomalies
- check_circlePerform PC tasks and apply metric system to process calculations
- check_circleCommunicate effectively with peers and supervisors regarding production tasks
Requirements

Nice to Have
Technical school certificate or 1-2 years of college. Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with vision systems and robotic fillers. Knowledge of PC using Windows based applications.
