This position serves as a vital support pillar within our legal billing operations, ensuring the financial health and accuracy of client accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for managing the monthly billing lifecycle for assigned attorneys, utilizing our paperless 3E workflow system to generate, proof, and distribute invoices. Beyond transactional accuracy, this role is about fostering strong relationships with attorneys and their teams, providing timely updates on billing status, and resolving complex inquiries regarding expenses and credits.
The role exists to maintain the highest standards of financial integrity and client service within the firm. You will navigate a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is paramount, balancing weekly and monthly deadlines with daily ad-hoc requests. Your work directly impacts the firm's revenue cycle and client satisfaction, requiring a blend of technical proficiency in accounting software and the interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

This role requires a hybrid work model, with a minimum of four days per week in the office. While the schedule is generally structured, the nature of legal billing may occasionally require extended hours to meet critical project or client deadlines.
