About the Role

As a Financial Analyst, you will be a key partner in driving financial accuracy and strategic insight for our divisions. This role exists to support the completion and accuracy of financial reporting for internal stakeholders and Region/Corporate, while managing complex data modeling, extraction, and analytics. You will play a vital part in the month-end accounting process, covering areas such as audits, land budgeting, and financial reporting.

In your day-to-day, you will assist in the Greenfolder process by preparing vestacalcs, charts, and reports. You will help evaluate acquisition opportunities through financial feasibility analysis and prepare underwriting proformas for new assets. A core part of your mission is to develop a deep understanding of historical sales trends, market conditions, and supply/demand dynamics. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations, utilizing visualization tools and presentations to communicate clear insights to senior division leadership. This role requires the ability to operate independently while collaborating closely with the Finance Manager and Operations teams on various strategic projects.
