This position serves as a critical nexus for data analysis, quality control, coordination, and reporting. The primary mission is to ensure all services performed are accurately invoiced to clients and that all systems remain fully reconciled. You will compile complex data sets to prepare invoices and credit memos, ensuring data integrity across billing systems. Your work guarantees that amounts due from contracts are calculated correctly, supporting accurate and timely invoicing for services contractually sold.
For this virtual remote role, we require an uninterrupted workspace to ensure effective performance without distractions. There is an expectation that family care is in place during business hours. Additionally, a minimum internet speed of 50 MBps is required for individual use; stronger connections are necessary if multiple users share the same connection.
