About the Role

As a Billing Analyst, you will join a specialized team responsible for the backend configuration of device and service promotions. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that offers from both the business and manufacturers are accurately implemented into the billing system.

The team operates in a fast-paced environment where promotions can be anticipated or sudden. You will split your focus between implementing new promotional offers and inputting new features into billing software. This involves completing configurations, writing or reviewing technical specifications, and validating data through SQL and Power BI. When data is incomplete or improper, you will be expected to identify the problem and engineer a solution.

Communication is a critical component of this position. You will frequently present your work and solutions to leadership and stakeholders, including internal IT teams and external third-party vendors. Whether explaining a configuration on a call or detailing a solution for testing, your ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly is essential.
