New River Electrical is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting both internal and external billing processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing for our operations in Roanoke, VA.
As a Billing Administrator, you will be the bridge between our Operations Team and our financial records. Your day will involve gathering and organizing complex billing data, creating and submitting invoices through various client portals, and tracking invoice lifecycles from creation to payment. You will ensure strict contract compliance and maintain clear communication to resolve any discrepancies that arise.
You will play a key part in our financial integrity by verifying payroll hours and billing rates against timesheets, entering invoices and credit memos into our accounting system, and supporting monthly Work-in-Process reporting. Additionally, you will assist the Billing Supervisor in compiling information for internal and external audits and monitor overdue invoices to assist in resolving outstanding issues.
