The Program Manager will serve as the operational leader for the New Build Project Team, acting as a key extension for account leaders. This role provides oversight of program engagements from project initiation through scope execution, playing a critical part in ensuring consistent execution of standards, project processes, and financial management practices across the portfolio.
You will balance hands-on leadership with strategic execution, overseeing a team of Project Leads and FF&E Specialists. Your day-to-day involves aligning internal workstreams, supporting cross-functional activities, and collaborating with external stakeholders to achieve both near- and long-term client objectives. This position requires clear communication of operational requirements and project performance while managing a diverse portfolio of projects aligned with client scope and budget requirements.
