About the Team

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is among the fastest-growing wealth management firms in the U.S. As a leader in the financial advisor-mediated marketplace, LPL supports over 32,000 financial advisors and the wealth management practices of approximately 1,100 financial institutions. The firm provides a wide range of advisor affiliation models, investment solutions, fintech tools, and practice management services, ensuring that advisors and institutions have the flexibility to choose the business model and technology resources they need to run thriving businesses.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager, Advisor Real Estate supports LPL Financial's advisor real estate portfolio and is responsible for leading real estate project execution across a variety of initiatives. Given LPL's continued growth and evolving business needs, the scope of this role may evolve over time.

Advisor real estate projects are often closely tied to business milestones, growth initiatives, and organizational change. Effective project management helps ensure these initiatives are executed thoughtfully, efficiently, and in alignment with enterprise standards and financial expectations. You will help enable timely delivery, support a consistent advisor and employee experience, and contribute to long-term portfolio and business success.
