The Senior Project Manager, Advisor Real Estate supports LPL Financial's advisor real estate portfolio and is responsible for leading real estate project execution across a variety of initiatives. While there will be a significant focus on Liquidity & Succession (L&S) transactions, this role also supports broader project management needs across the advisor portfolio.
You will serve as the project management point of coordination for real estate-related workstreams, informing project scope and budgets, and managing execution within approved financial parameters. This role involves partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deliver work aligned with LPL standards, branding, and business timelines. Given LPL's continued growth and evolving business needs, the scope of this role may evolve over time.
Advisor real estate projects are often closely tied to business milestones, growth initiatives, and organizational change. Effective project management helps ensure these initiatives are executed thoughtfully, efficiently, and in alignment with enterprise standards and financial expectations. You will help enable timely delivery, support a consistent advisor and employee experience, and contribute to long-term portfolio and business success.

Exposure to workplace design, furniture systems, interior finishes, and building infrastructure (power/data, AV). Design experience. PMP or other project management certification.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
