About the Role

We are seeking a talented Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to make a tangible impact in the lives of others. In this role, you will build a robust talent pipeline for all current and future hiring needs, guiding candidates from pre-application through to their first day. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, cultivating relationships and providing counsel throughout the hiring process.

Your day will involve identifying and sourcing both active and passive candidates using creative, data-driven strategies. You will leverage talent intelligence to understand trends and craft customized sourcing approaches that reflect our organizational values. Beyond filling roles, you will serve as the face of LSF at job fairs, community events, and college campuses, promoting our career brand and ensuring candidates feel engaged and excited about joining our mission.
