About the Role
This position serves as the frontline of our banking operations, providing exceptional customer service within a high-volume, dynamic sales environment. The role is designed to build and evaluate relationships with both new and existing account holders, ensuring every interaction is an opportunity to offer tailored bank products and services.
You will be accountable for achieving monthly new account production goals while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. The day-to-day rhythm involves processing deposits, verifying cash and checks, and balancing daily operations with precision. Beyond transactional duties, you will actively engage in an in-store sales environment, prospecting in aisles and cross-selling essential services to a diverse customer base, including a significant Spanish-speaking population.
Work Environment
This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy, and stressful setting. You will be on your feet for extended periods, operating computers and office machinery to facilitate seamless customer experiences. Schedules are driven by business needs and may vary to ensure optimal branch coverage.
