As a Retail Banker, you will be the face of our organization, critical in caring for our customers each day. This role is designed for individuals who are positive, engaging, and fluent in both English and Spanish. You will receive comprehensive training to successfully engage customers and enhance their experience by offering products and services that best meet their financial needs.
In this position, you will process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance while handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing and ATM maintenance. You will also proactively identify opportunities to market bank products, employing problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience. The well-rounded knowledge base you develop here will prepare you for advancement opportunities and a robust career in banking.
