Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products and store. Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at stores within a 10-mile radius of Store #3110, located at 140 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402. This is a full-time position.
