Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You will be expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
This is a full-time position located at Store #708014 (1805 Lancaster DR NE, Salem, OR 97305). The selected individual will be expected to work at stores within a 15-mile radius of this location. The role involves contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. Consequently, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, and the general public.
