Loan Sales Specialists empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. The position requires a passion for achievement and an internal drive to succeed. You will engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. Your focus will be on developing new connections and maintaining existing ones by presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs. You will also clearly educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms, and their options.

Hiring Process & Application
This is an on-site position located in our community branches. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
