Since its inception, Trinity has helped more than 65,000 children and youth.

Trinity seeks team members with a genuine commitment to the empowerment of at-risk children and their families. We operate in a demanding, fast-paced environment that requires dedication and a desire to have a positive impact on the lives of children who have experienced trauma. We believe that training and career development are keys to employee retention and satisfaction, and we prefer to promote from within.

Our Values

We value safety, well-being, and permanency for children and youth. We embrace research, best practices, and proven approaches. We value our staff and are committed to providing them with the knowledge, skills, and tools to be successful. We value the ability to adapt as the needs of our stakeholders change, and we maintain open, honest, and transparent governance and management practices.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Lead Clinician to join our residential team in El Monte, CA. This role is responsible for the overall clinical operations, administration, and management of clinical services for a 24-bed program serving unaccompanied minors.

You will conduct utilization reviews and evaluate program services after discharge or placement in accordance with agency policies, licensing standards, and federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. Your day-to-day impact includes providing clinical supervision to staff, overseeing the coordination and evaluation of individual service plans, and designing treatment protocols to advance care consistency throughout the facility. You will also provide emergency evaluations for youth in crisis, facilitate referrals to more intensive levels of treatment, and assist with admission assessments. Cultural awareness and sensitivity in interactions with children, guardians, staff, and the community are essential to this role.
