We are currently seeking a Bilingual Lead Clinician to join our residential team in El Monte, CA. This role is responsible for the overall clinical operations, administration, and management of clinical services for a 24-bed program serving unaccompanied minors.
In this position, you will oversee clinicians and their implementation of treatment protocols, plans, and assessments. You will conduct utilization reviews and evaluate program services after discharge or placement in accordance with agency policies, licensing standards, and federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. Your day-to-day impact includes providing clinical supervision to staff, overseeing the coordination and evaluation of individual service plans, and designing treatment protocols to advance care consistency throughout the facility. You will also provide emergency evaluations for youth in crisis, facilitate referrals to more intensive levels of treatment, and assist with admission assessments. Cultural awareness and sensitivity in interactions with children, guardians, staff, and the community are essential to this role.
