About the Team
Marriott Vacation Club® is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, seeking motivated individuals to join our award-winning sales and marketing team. We are looking for driven individuals with outgoing personalities to work with guests at Marriott® hotel properties to promote the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations® Program.
About the Role
As a Vacation Sales Concierge, you will offer hotel guests financial incentives in exchange for learning about our points-based ownership product. You will engage with guests at lobby desk locations, providing elevated customer service while scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations. Your goal is to ensure all guests meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about our products, ultimately exceeding budgeted sales presentation and volume production goals.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates should apply directly to join our team. Please note that this role includes a training pay period of $16.00/hr for the first 10 weeks, followed by a base rate plus commission. A $1,000 incentive bonus is currently available, subject to additional terms and conditions.
