About the Role
As a Bi-lingual HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce strategy by partnering with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement. This position offers multi-site responsibilities across Texas, covering Houston, Willis, and Temple.
You will be embedded directly in the plant, working side-by-side with employees and leadership to support a high-performing culture. Your day-to-day will involve being a visible and approachable presence on the floor, fostering engagement, and building strong relationships while executing change management initiatives and optimizing HR processes.
