This Bilingual Career Coach position plays an important role in advancing our mission and supporting the communities we serve. You will work one-on-one with job seekers, both virtually and in-person, to assess barriers to employment and steer them toward appropriate career paths and successful job placements.
In this role, you will develop job search skills, assist with resume and cover letter preparation, and connect candidates with networking opportunities and perspective employers. You will also support the program by participating in weekly workshops and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders. Your work ensures that job seekers receive the emergency assistance, referrals, and ongoing support needed to achieve personal and family stability.
Candidates selected for an interview will be contacted directly by the hiring team to schedule a conversation. Please ensure your application materials are up to date, as we review all submissions carefully.
