Wholesale Product Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer questions about products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the store. Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
The selected individual will work at Store #3360, located at 2511 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20009. The position involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, and merchandise. Consequently, a review of criminal history is conducted to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, and the general public.
